Introducing Melody Reed
My name is Melody Reed and I am a graduate of Animal Behavior College where I earned my certification as an ABC Certified Dog Trainer. Animal Behavior College (ABC) is approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education and is an internationally recognized school. My year long commitment to this program has provided me with a formal education in canine obedience training and understanding behavior and its motives. My certification, education and experience provide me the skills required to effectively and humanely train your dog while keeping alive the spark that makes your dog so special to you.

I am a dog lover first, and a dog trainer / breeder second. I know from first-hand experience the difference dog training makes in the relationship between dog and owner. Without professional training it can sometimes be a frustrating relationship, but with an investment in good training a wonderful transformation will occur.

I have been breeding off and on for over 25 years. Breeding is a love of mine. I have had the opportunity to know that my families give as much love to ther new pet as they recieve.

I have been working with dogs and their owners for many years and there is nothing which satisfies me more than to see a happy dog and a happy owner!

My Breeding philosophy is…
Breeding is a hobby not a business. I do not mass produce puppies.
My Dogs are my pets and live in doors with me.
I have a DNA profile on file with AKC of my male Vizsla to insure you get a full blooded Vizsla.
Puppies Socialization is very important to me and your puppy.
I also believe….

My Vizsla puppies are not for everyone. I take care in making sure the Breed fits the family.
I socialize each puppy with children, other adults and other animals.
each puppy is held daily and talked too by me from birth until around three weeks when I then allow others to hold them.
each puppy is introduced to the cats, ducks and other adults and children.
each puppy is played with and exercised daily.
each puppy is taught by four weeks to use a doggie door.
Once you experience professional dog training and a responsible breeder, you will wonder why you waited until now. I look forward to working with you and your dog.
